Mowing Special:
***This service includes mowing, trimming of edges with a trimmer, blowing the clippings off sidewalks and driveways. NOTE: This does not include edging. If your property does not already have an edge the crew will not power edge for this special. If you sign up to be a regular customer then the crew and use the power edger to create an edge.***
1.We will email you with the time-frame of when we will be there. (Between 1-4 days is typical.)
2. After performing the service, we will email/mail you a quote for continuing service via email. If you wish to continue, simply sign and return the quote.
3. After the service is completed, the $20 will be charged via the method you chose when scheduling the service.
4. If the payment method provided is declined and payment is not received 30 days after performing the service, you will be responsible for the $20 plus late fees ($10 per month).
5. $20 price applies to lawns 10,000 sq. ft. or less. If the area is over 10,000 sq. ft, we will contact you with a different price.
6. If the lawn is overgrown (over 4 inches) there may be additional charges.
7. If for any reason we show up for the service and the lawn has already been cut, you will still be charged the $20.
8. If you cancel the special without 2 business days notice then 50% of the cost of the mowing special will still be charged to you as a cancellation fee.
Lawn Treatments Special:
1. We will email you a confirmation.
2. We will apply the appropriate fertilizer and or weed control depending on the time of the year.
3. After the service is completed, the $30 will be charged via the method you chose when scheduling the service.
4. Important: After performing the service, we will email you an agreement with the cost of continuing services. If you would like to discontinue future service, you must email the office.
5. If the payment method provided is declined and payment is not received 30 days after performing the service, you will be responsible for the $30 plus late fees ($10 per month).
6. $30 special applies to lawns up to 8,000 sq. feet. If the lawn is over 8,000 sq. feet, we will contact you with a price.
7. If for any reason we show up for the service and the lawn has been treated by another company, you will still be charged the $30.
